These are just some of the things that most people would say they thought were the attributes to look for in a great estate agent. And they would be right of course! However, what about after all the above — what about after your sale is agreed?

Does your estate agent leave everything to the solicitors and simply move onto the next sale? Job done — after all, in some cases they’ve already been paid. Their motivation is over.
