We were recommended Hogg & Hogg through friends and couldn’t have been more pleased with the service. We had a really lovely visit from Helen to value our property and a very quick follow up service with a formal valuation emailed through the same day.

Due to being on a shared equity scheme unfortunately we weren’t able to list the house on the open market yet but when we do, I will be coming back to H&H!

Although Helen and Rhiannon were the estate agents for the property we were purchasing we would not have moved as quickly as we did without their imput they chased up our solicitor and the solicitor of the purchaser for our home they were very accommodating and extremely helpful and kept us informed throughout the process we would definitely recommend and would 100% use them if we ever decided to move again in the future.

Friendly professional mother and daughter team who care about the service they provide and needs of the customer.

I used Hogg and Hogg to find tenants for my rental property in Penylan. Rhiannon was super-efficient and kept me fully updated at every stage. I asked Rhiannon to prepare a schedule of condition which was done meticulously. She found first-class tenants very quickly and I was very satisfied with Hogg Hogg’s service. I recommend Hogg and Hogg 1000%.
