Lovely to wake up this morning to a sunny blue sky and two sets of exchanged contracts! Thank you Hogg and Hogg.

From the first call to Helen asking if she would visit and advise me on presenting my house, through "listing" it, careful viewings during Covid, matching the property with a really good buyer, and mopping my brow as I've moved anxiously through the legal process, Hogg and Hogg have been absolutely faultlessly fantastic, nothing's been too much trouble and everything has been done with integrity, depth of knowledge and friendliness.

I like to support a local, independent, family business and am so glad that I came across this one. Thank you Helen, Rhiannon, Lynn and Leah, you've been wonderful every step of the way. I'm hoping I don't have to move again - ever! - but if I do, I'll most certainly be back.

Helen was great right from the start. The quote was in line with what we were expecting and she didn't disappoint.

The photos by Rhiannon were fab and the description of our house was lovely. Helen worked hard at keeping us and our buyer informed all the way through. She did a great job of placating our buyer when things were getting stressful and they were getting extremely frustrated about things not progressing at speed and not having a moving date.

She really earned her money and we can't thank her enough for doing such a great job given the tough crowd she was dealing with and the difficult circumstances (the pandemic)! All round great service.
