We cannot thank Helen enough, she has been amazing throughout a really difficult move. We faced so many obstacles but Helen kept in contact throughout the whole 5 months and reassured us all. Helen was able to keep the original chain and we finally completed yesterday in time for Christmas.

It was the personal touch that counted, like having my number in her phone, so she knew me when I called. Although we did not purchase the house we visited with Helen we would recommend Helen and Hogg & Hogg to our friends and family any time. Helen has been incredibly helpful: accepting for us to do a visit almost last minute, taking times to understand our situation and what we were looking for, even looking for houses from competitors that may suit us! She is genuinely nice and friendly and seem to care about the vendors she is selling houses for. The pictures and videos she has done for the various websites are beautiful. We are happy to have met such a lovely estate agent.
