We recently bought a house through Hogg & Hogg, and they provided a first-class service from first viewing until completion.

The process of buying / selling a house is subject to a fair amount of uncertainty at any time, let alone when taking place against the backdrop of COVID - it was reassuring therefore that one 'certainty' we could rely on was efficient and effective communication from Helen throughout. Helen would typically reply to emails / voicemails within an hour, and always within half a day.

Hogg & Hogg managed our transaction with a level of care and attention that we were extremely appreciative of. Thank you Helen, for your expertise, determination and persistence - without it, I am almost certain the transaction would not have completed successfully.

I also spoke to Rhiannon a handful of times, and found her to be very pleasant and helpful.
